If you have experienced a serious issue with a TSVC verified contractor, you can submit a concern for review.
Before submitting:
- This form is for genuine concerns about verified contractors only.
- TSVC reviews reported information and may update a contractor's record.
- Submitting a concern does not guarantee action will be taken.
- False or malicious reports may be disregarded.
